Why was I not successful at the time of my review?
Students can check the reasons they did not pass their ERV review by checking their inbox in their Verified profile. Their most recent status note will list the reasons they failed along with outstanding documents that will need to be submitted at their follow-up appointment. You can also check reasons the student was failed in your Admin Portal.
