If some students are not showing up in your reports or anywhere else in your Admin Portal, please verify that your filter settings are set correctly. You can check your filter settings in your Admin Portal by clicking on the "View Filters" button located in the top right-hand corner of your screen. Please ensure you have checked off the correct campuses and programs and click on the "update" button to save any changes.
