What do the different statuses mean, and what are the next steps?

Pass - The student has met the program requirements and is cleared for clinical. If a document needs to be updated to stay in good standing, students would need to book a new ERV Review.

Conditional Pass - The student has met the program requirements conditionally and is cleared for clinical. Students will receive a status note with due dates for their outstanding documents and further instructions accordingly.

Fail - The student has not met the program requirements and is not cleared for clinical. The student's outstanding document/s will be outlined in their Status Note. Once all outstanding items have been uploaded to their profile, students must book a Follow-up Review to update their status.

Pending - The student needs to clarify a document and is not cleared for clinical. The student's outstanding document/s will be outlined in their Status Note. Students do not need to book a new review to update their outstanding document/s. Students can upload their document/s to their profile and click on Continue Review from their Home Page. The team will then be notified to review their document.

Expired - The student has one or more document/s that have expired and is no longer cleared for clinical. Once the student has renewed their expired document/s and uploaded them to their profile, they must book a new ERV review to update their status.
