What do students do if they have a Conditional Pass?
If a student has a Conditional Pass, that means they have qualified to attend clinical but have outstanding documents that need to be completed and submitted at a later date. Their outstanding document(s) as well as their due date(s) are outlined in their Status Note. Depending on their program requirements, students can either visit the Compliance Status page of the Verified profile or contact the Help Desk to update their conditional pass items. Program-specific instructions can be found in the Conditional Pass Quick Guide document available to students in the “Important Forms” page of their Verified profile and in the “Documents” section of your Admin Portal. After following the steps and uploading their document(s), the team will automatically be notified and will review the student's documents in the next 3-5 business days.
