How do I know why the student was not cleared at the time of their review?
Information on why a student did not pass their review can be found in two different areas on your Admin Portal:
1. In the "Students" tab, you can search for individual students by entering their student number into the search bar located in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Once searched, click on the "Statuses" button located at the bottom-middle of the screen. From this window, you can view the reasons the student did not pass their review under "Overall Status Notes", where any outstanding requirements will be documented.
2. In the "Reports" tab, you can view the "Overall Status by Student" Report, which will show a list of all students and their statuses. You can view the reasons why a student did not pass their review under the "Overall Status Notes" column.You can also search for individual students from this window or export the report into an Excel file.
