Activation Links and Password Resets
If a student does not receive an activation link, you can resend it from your admin profile.
Go to the “Students” tab, search for the student, and click the “Send Activation Link” button located at the bottom left corner of the screen.

Please note that only one activation link can be sent per student each day.
Alternatively, students can submit a help desk ticket at www.synergyhelps.com to request an updated activation link from our support team. For password resets, students should use the “Forgot Password/Resend” feature on the login page at https://verified.sgappserver.com/s_Login.jsp.
It's important that they use the email address associated with their profile.
